Package Your Item
Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the parcel to prevent processing delays.
Ship and Refund
Send the package back to us using a trackable shipping method; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
